To understand this concept, it is important to be aware of what it means to ask Reiki to bless someone or something. By asking this, we are not asking that the persons intentions be empowered. Nor are we asking that the ego desires of the person be fulfilled. To ask that Reiki bless someone or something is to ask that the wisdom of Reiki be used to guide those involved toward the fulfillment of a spiritually determined result. A result that may be beyond the ability of the individuals concerned to comprehend and which in fact is a result that is guided by the greatest wisdom of the Universe.This is an important concept in that it allows the full wisdom and healing power of Reiki to work directly on a situation. In contrast to this idea, if we ask Reiki to create a specific result, even when we feel that result is positive and healthy, we could actually weaken the positive results Reiki is able to create. This is true for several reasons. First of all, when we ask for a specific result, because we want that result to take place, it can allow some of our own energy to mix with the Reiki energy, thus lowering its vibration and limiting what is possible. Secondly, it’s possible that there is a better solution to the issue than what we might ask for; a solution that the wisdom of Reiki is aware of and may be beyond our understanding. Therefore, by letting go of our own needs and wants for a situation and trusting completely in the wisdom of Reiki, we allow the greatest healing to take place that is possible.To work with Reiki on this level can be healing for you as well as it requires that you take a leap of faith and in which you let go of your own need to control and trust completely in the wisdom of Reiki. It is a process of surrender, surrendering to a power greater than yourself. This process can be applied to any situation in your life. It can also be applied to issues taking place in the world. Right now, there are several situations in the world that can really benefit from the healing power and wisdom of Reiki. If you’ve been following the news you are most likely aware of them. Because of this I am requesting all Reiki people all over the world to send Reiki to the following situation.Please join with me and all Reiki practitioners all over the world to send your prayers and Reiki using the above affirmation.
